Material Options
Delta Saras manufactures hook-up piping using premium thermoplastics selected for chemical compatibility and purity:
- PP / PPH – Primary choice for acids and alkalis; excellent chemical resistance
- HDPE – DI water and waste applications with high impact strength
- PVC / CPVC – Utility and secondary service lines
- PVDF – High-purity chemical transfer with low extractables
Material selection is optimized based on chemical concentration, operating temperature, pressure, and cleanliness requirements.
